National Foundation for Skilled Development of Teachers is a Pokhara-based teacher-development organisation and Karma Flights' long-standing partner in teacher training.
Together with KPZ University (the Netherlands) and Stichting THEOLE, we train Nepalese teachers in modern, child-friendly teaching that rejects corporal punishment, takes different learning styles into account and engages every learner.

NFORSDT Innovation Centre for Education, launched in 2026 under the motto Inspire, Innovate, Impact: a place where teachers learn from each other, try new ideas and take them back to their classrooms.
What we do together
- Teachers in Pokhara (TIP): international teachers' conferences. TIP-I in 2019; TIP-II on 30–31 October 2026, theme "Academic Innovation for the Next Generation: From Heritage to Horizons".
- Teacher training in rural Nepal: the THEOLE teacher training in Nisikhola, Baglung (24–26 October 2026), with 65 basic-level teachers from 48 schools.
